Zambia Sugar PLC has announced a final dividend of ZMW 1.096 per share for the financial year ended August 31, 2025, following approval by shareholders at the company’s 64th Annual General Meeting.
In a statement, the company said shareholders recorded in the register by the close of business on December 19, 2025, will qualify for the payout. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on or about December 22, 2025.
The last day to trade Zambia Sugar shares in order to be eligible for the dividend is December 16, 2025, after which the stock will trade ex-dividend.
The latest distribution shows the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering shareholder value amid a challenging macroeconomic environment.
